Become A Better Athlete
The CG Combine is for athletic youth ages 8-18 (8 year olds to incoming seniors). Athletes that play basketball, volleyball, cross-country, football, soccer, tennis, lacrosse, run track/field, baseball/softball and endurance athletes will all benefit tremendously from our program. Younger athletes wanting to gain that “competitive edge” will fit right in at the CG Combine.
Contenders should expect a “total body strength and conditioning workout.” A typical session will include interval training, sprint and agility drills, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, endurance conditioning, and sports specific drills. Also, each athlete gets to become a “contender” on the Eliminator Obstacle Course!
The equipment for the CG Combine will be provided at camp. Contenders only need to bring athletic shoes, water bottle, sunscreen and a towel.
